Terms & Conditions Afghan Premier League

Please read this page carefully. It sets out the terms which apply to your use of the Afghan Premier League ("the APL") website and any part of its content and all materials appearing on the website ("the Website"). By using the Website you agree to comply with these terms. Note that there may be additional terms on other pages which apply to particular parts of the Website.

The Website is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property and related rights ("Rights") which are owned by the APL and its suppliers. Except where otherwise indicated on the Website:

  • You may download and print material from the Website as is reasonable for your own private and personal use.

  • You may forward such material from the Website to other people for their private and personal use too provided you credit the FAPL as its source and add the Website address: www.afghanpremierleague.com. You must draw their attention to these terms which also apply to them; and

The trade marks, logos and brand names shown on the Website are owned by the APL or its suppliers. No rights are granted to use any of them without the prior written permission of the owner.

If the APL or its licensors have breached such a duty they shall not be liable where it would be reasonable to restrict such liability, for example if the breach is attributable to the fault of you or an unconnected third party or could not have been foreseen or prevented by the APL or its licensors using reasonable care.
