Abdul Wakeel Kamalpori is a defenseman from Shaheen Asmayee. He has arrived in Jalalabad with his teammates to participate in the first ever RAPL Nawroz Tournament 2015.
In addition to practicing with his teammates, Kamalpori has been taking in historical sites of Nangarhar. "Currently we are in Bagh-e-Sarajul Emirate, it's really a wonderful and historical palace here, we enjoyed a lot visiting this palace and later we are going to visit the grave of Ghazi Amanullah Khan who has built this bagh (garden) for his own comfort, it was really nice hearing about this magical palace from the workers over here."
Kamalpori and his Shaheen Asmayee teammates will square off against De Maiwand Atalan in the opening match of the tournament on March 15, 2015 at 3pm.
