Kabul is facing Balkh in the final of the 2015 RAPL Women’s Tournament today at 10:00 AM at the AFF Stadium.

Kabul is the defending champions and the main powerhouse in this tournament as it includes several national players on its roster. Kabul faced Bamyan in the semifinals and secured their shot at the championship once again this year with a staggering aggregate score of 17-0.

Balkh faced Herat in the semifinals and won with an aggregate score of 3-2. The two teams were equally competitive in their home and away games. However, Balkh’s striking power finally overwhelmed Herat’s and they were able to lock their place in the final.

RAPL is serving free and delicious food for 500 spectators who will be the first to attend today’s game.

The RAPL championship match in the men’s division will also take place later today at 3:00 PM at the AFF Stadium.
