In this article Ali M. Latifi of LA Times writes about Shafaq Ayobi, RAPL's star player playing for De Spinghar Bazan. He comes from the eastern province of Jalalabad in Afghanistan and from very humble beginnings like many of his other peers. He started playing football when he was seven years old. " Now 23, Ayobi has surpassed his brothers, becoming a star forward in the Roshan Afghan Premier League, a national soccer league launched in 2012 that has become increasingly popular." Latifi writes.
