Last year's RAPL champions Shaheen Asmayee will play the first leg of their semifinal match up against up-and-coming De Spinghar Bazan today at 3:30 PM at AFF Stadium.
De Spinghar Bazan is riding high after defeating De Maiwand Atalan, clinching the final semifinal spot, and securing the top seed in group B. They are hoping to use the momentum from that win to propel themselves past a heavily favored Shaheen Asmayee team. 
Shaheen Asmayee lost its last match to Oqaban Hindukosh. Many of the Shaheen players were not with the team for that game, instead, representing Afghanistan in the Asian Games. Those players are back just in time for today's match versus De Spinghar Bazan.
