Another exhilarating game is on the way in the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) stadium today, October 12, 2018 at 5:30 pm. The South zone representatives, De Maiwand Atalan will compete with Toofan Harirod. This will be the sixth 2018 Rahmani Foundation Afghan Premier League group stage match. 

Toofan and Maiwand took an immediate lead against their opponents in their first group stage match and they are all ready to accumulate more points. Today’s game will decide which team is going to top the table.

In group “B”, De Maiwand Atalan and Toofan Harirod have 3 points followed by Simorgh Alborz and Oqaban Hindokosh with no points sealed yet. 

“As everyone knows, De Maiwand Atalan played its first game against Oqaban Hindukosh and in the past three days, we have been trying to determine our week points and in order for removing or minizmizing them. Also, we have fully analyzed the match we played against Toofan and we are hoping to play an exciting game today. The players of De Maiwand Atalan are ready to play in the game today, no one is injured or omitted.” Said Abdul-Haq Faizi (Maiwand Atalan’s Coach). He added: “Alterations haven’t been made in the team until now and most probably, our formation today will be the same as in the last match. Anyway, to the extent that it is hard to predict a football game, it is also not reasonable, but this game is serious and decisive. Toofan is also one of the great teams of APL. This game is important for both teams, both teams will be doing their best to accumulate their points in this game and we are also well prepared so to play a good game, also, to gain the points.”
