In the opening match of the second week of 2014 RAPL competition De Spinghar Bazan locked up with Toofan Harirod in a defensive battle which ended in a draw. Each team scored one first half goal. De Spinghar Bazan's Abdul Manan Farahi got the game off to a fast start by scoring a goal in the second minute of the game. Toofan Harirod's Hameedullah Karimi evened the match in the 37th minute with a shot that found the back of the net.

Disciplined play was a problem for Toofan as they were penalized four times with yellow cards. Farzad Atayee and Abdul Haq Timory were each given one, while Shakib Faqeeri was given two and sent to the locker room early in the 73rd minute. Wazir Sharifi of Spinghar was shown a yellow car in the 20th minute.
