Today at 3PM De Maiwand Atalan and De Spinghar Bazan will face each other in a rematch of their September 19th match, which De Spinghar Bazan won 1-0. The two teams will be playing for third place. Both teams lost in the semifinal round to their group A opponents. After a first leg draw, De Mainwand Atalan, lost to Oqaban Hindukosh in game two in what many consider the best RAPL game in history. The Match went to a spectacular penalty shootout, which De Maiwand Atalan lost 7-8.  De Spinghar Bazan drew their first leg match, and were eliminated in the second leg 3-0 at the hands of the defending champions Shaheen Asmayee. Both teams enjoyed successful seasons that they hope to improve upon in 2015. De Maiwand Atalan was the best defensive team this year, holding opponents to a goal or less every time they took the pitch. They made the playoffs after defeating Toofan Hariord and Simorgh Alborz. De Spinghar Bazan waited until the last game of the year to lock up the final playoff spot, beating the same De Maiwand Atalan that they will face today, for third place.
